A face tattoo is one of the most visible decisions a person can make. It changes how people see you before you ever say a word. That is why Timmy Grounds is selective with this placement.
He does not treat face tattoos like a trend, a quick appointment, or something to say yes to just because someone asks. On occasion, with the right client and the right conversation, he will take one on.
